  1. I’m here from following a strict diet and fast. I lost a great deal of nutrition and though my blood panel and urine test are great and clear. I definitely feeling all the side effects. Even having bubbly urine. Two doctors cleared me as perfect picture of health. Hopefully the B- Complex put me back on track as well an digestive enzymes. Would you suggest B-Complex over Coenzyme B-Complex or is they’re the same?
