The BEST Quality Multivitamins For Men, Women, & Kids

The BEST Quality Multivitamins For Men, Women, & Kids

Here are the best quality multivitamins you can buy for men, women, and kids. It’s all about the quality of the ingredients, how diverse they are, and the other ingredients listed at the bottom. So many store bought multivitamins use added sugar, artificial flavors and colors, and bad quality synthetic vitamins. The good multivitamins are more expensive, but they are much higher quality and have a more diverse vitamin profile, they are definitely worth the money.Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

  1. 🤯Folks, I have been watching Bobby for just over a year, so not terribly long as many. I realize he has no college degree in food science or is a certified nutritionist of any sort. He has a BUSINESS degree. Wake up people, he is a business man!
Why does he get hyper focused on sugar and natural flavors (and processed oils and inflammation it causes) but time and time again he fails to talk about or mention cyanocobalamin aka B12? This ingredient comes from human raw sewage and in this video he promotes it in the capsule pill “Mega Foods” for kids no less! If he really did the research then why wouldn’t that ingredient be a show stopper from the get go?!?! For the record, you will find that ingredient in most energy drinks too! This video is fairly old, but if you seen his brief fairly newer shopping videos when he picks up a multivitamin, he continues to make comments about multivitamins but never not one mention of this common ingredient! So disappointing when you take the time to watch someone that wants you to trust in him that he is looking out for you!

  2. Yeah, so about those "Garden of Life" vitamins. Or really any of these vitamins. What, Bobby here, neglects to show is the serving size. The GOL ingredient list looks great with with all those 100% USRDAs until you realize that to get that you have to take FOUR of the capsules – from a 120 count bottle that costs $50. Why so many pills a day? Well, mainly because the product is packed with unnecessary filler like processed fruits and vegetables. Organic or not, they don’t belong in SUPPLEMENTS, people – not when you should be straight-up eating those fruits and vegetables in the least processed form! Supplements are not supposed to replace food. They are made to take up deficiencies that your diet may not cover.

  3. I see 2 products from the same brand, one with a pink teddy bear and one with brown. Pink is what is shown here but priced at $45 with low reviews and the brown is priced at $27 but has more reviews. Which one to buy?

  4. Why do those multivitamins say on the label that 2mg of magnesium is 100% USRDA ? When I look it up the USRAD for men is 400mg (420mg if over 50).

  5. Bobby I like your channel I’m lookin for knock your sprouts off bread at aldies and I buy the Irish butter I’m trying to find vitamins n minerals which can b kind of confusing

  6. Is the vitamin d3 and k2 from Nutraharmony good? Its significantly cheaper than other companies even though it contains additional vitamins.

  7. Two lessons I learned, thanks:

vit vary hugely in quality, go w the best

many companies will scam you if you don’t educate yourself

  8. Garden of life raw calcium is one of best. Most multi don’t have enough magnesium and this one has quality non GMO with vitamin D,C, k2, mag calcium. The cost is worth it at $30 for month supply . Have you noticed any difference since they sold out to China? I haven’t. Thanks

  9. I when to vitamin shoppe and when I use your scanner app it said not Bobby approve on the kids vitamin

  10. My 3 year old is not eating real food like that and I’m trying to get her to eat. Dose the flintstones gummy vitamins work? I just brought her some today.

  11. My opinion on natural flavors is–you have to be careful unless they tell you what it is due to HEK-293 being naturally derived(the human feetus) and companies trying to hide this process! The sad part is that–people have satanic religions that others do not and they seek to hoodwink you and have you participate unwillingly! Nobody should consume that which is intentionally derived from any part of an abborted chjIb! Even if its indirectly…

  12. “Vitamin Code for Men,” is too expensive! Last year, I bought a bottle of 240 count, for under $60. I just looked on Amazon today, and the same bottle costs, $100-$104 per bottle of 240 count!!! Ridiculous!!!

  13. Thanks for the content. Why is cane sugar "the devil?" Maybe you have a video on it…idk, but please explain. I thought organic cane sugar was better than the regular white sugar…also I’m still learning, so I’m genuinely curious.

  14. I’m in search of vitamins that are 3rd Party lab tested. I was taking Zinc by Sandhu Herbals and had terrible headaches! I watched a doctor talk about side affects from vitamin and looked at my bottle which says “Certified Lab Tested” which means nothing! So I searched Amazon reviews and a couple reviews said horrible headaches! Most companies claim they test themselves. The problem is the ingredients can come from Anywhere and they claim manufactured in the USA. Very confusing!

  15. What I find so enticing about smarty pants is they have omega 3 from fish oil which the others do not have. What do you think of Hyia?

  16. Is Pure Synergy good for young adults aged 21? I really want to start taking multivitamins, but there are so many options! I love that Pure Synergy is vegan, but I am not sure if it’s the right choice to begin my multivitamin journey with this product.
Additionally, I want to start taking Omega-3 and found one that has a combined EPA and DHA of 450 mg. The serving size listed on the bottle is 2 capsules, but after researching online, I found that a daily intake of 250-500 mg is generally considered good. However, I also saw doctors on YouTube recommending a combined total of 1 g, or 1000 mg, of DHA and EPA. I’m feeling confused!
If anyone has knowledge about this topic, please feel free to comment and educate me. Thank you!

  17. Good review. Honestly, the RDA is lacking. "Depending on your blood test" Research RDA. Dr’s won’t know.. Dietitian might. ❤

  18. You’re so sexy I love your handsome face your tall and skinny and you’re white pasty arms I love white guys like you.
