  1. I need to stop watching these Videos as number of Supplements/Vitamin pills recommended per day I am taking now has gone over 27 now .. and makes me skip meals many times.

  2. Every time I took Vit D, I would get a headache. One time I took 10,000 IU and I had a headache for 2 days 😂 Switched to Vit D with K2…game changer!! No more headaches and I’m up to 10,000 IU’s every day.
PS!! You only need 120mcg of K2 per day so use straight Vit D without K2 if you are taking more then 1000 IU 💞

  3. Speaking from my own experience. As of late just about every video of yours that pops up for viewing is almost always followed up with various other videos from seemingly unrelated sources that debunk, disprove, or flat out say (as if scripted) the exact opposite of what your saying. At first this kind of thing only seemed to happen once in a blue moon so to speak. However, here of late, it’s getting to be pretty much all the time.

It is so cheap to experiment with what this guy is saying, it is worth a try . I believe it has worked for me but took a few weeks to start noticing the difference.

  18. Is Pure Synergy good for young adults aged 21? I really want to start taking multivitamins, but there are so many options! I love that Pure Synergy is vegan, but I am not sure if it’s the right choice to begin my multivitamin journey with this product.
Additionally, I want to start taking Omega-3 and found one that has a combined EPA and DHA of 450 mg. The serving size listed on the bottle is 2 capsules, but after researching online, I found that a daily intake of 250-500 mg is generally considered good. However, I also saw doctors on YouTube recommending a combined total of 1 g, or 1000 mg, of DHA and EPA. I’m feeling confused!
If anyone has knowledge about this topic, please feel free to comment and educate me. Thank you!

I had Esophagitis more then once that is why the Dr raised me to 40mg again!

I heard about Zinc Carnosine as and alternative to Omeprazole, I really what to get of the Omeprazole if possible without issues. I weaned off it but maybe to quick and it came back hard like had something stuck in my throat and my food was at the top. I had numerous endoscopies and everything comes back good he said my sphincter is ok I just have to much stomach acid. Is there any way to get of Omeprazole without getting Esophagitis and God Forbid causing Esophagus Cancer! All and any advice is a welcome Blessing🙏Thank You Dr. Berg
