  15. I’ve been trying to transform myself to be more skinny/lean and I tried fasting and eating better foods hoping to boost my metabolism, but it wasn’t working. I was still gaining the extra weight like before, I then started spreading out my meals/snacks each day. Instead of going 16+ hrs without eating. This was the plan I used :

    – breakfast
    -mid-morning snack
    – lunch
    – afternoon snack
    – dinner

    Now of course spreading out your meals doesn’t mean that you need to over-eat, or instead of a healthy snack you choose a unhealthy snack such as fries. That’s okay if it’s not everyday, just don’t over-eat, don’t push yourself, stay calm, be happy.

  20. confused tbh.., since i’m mexican i eat most of these…… and i wasn’t any thinner when eating spicy food. also, lately i’ve been drinking a lot of water, my belly has been getting flatter. Maybe the fastest way is WATER , or i’ve just dehydrated myself lmao
